Part-Time QA Associate

We are currently seeking a part-time QA Associate that will assist our Client Success team.

You will have the opportunity to learn about Message Broadcast, crisis communications and automated messaging. As a member of our Client Success team, we will train you to work on QA interdepartmentally on our messaging platform to ensure that messages for automated mass-scale omni-channel communication solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards. Additional training will include editing tools and software to review email, voice, MMS, SMS, TXT, RCS, PUSH, social media and/or other content files for quality, integrity, and accuracy to communicate any discrepancies for correction. Interact closely with Project Management and Software Development teams to trouble-shoot, communicate and resolve quality issues. Assist in other departments as needed.


  • 20-30 hours/week – flexible schedule based on your availability and Message Broadcast needs

  • Specific duties include reporting, utilizing proprietary software, maintain and organize internal records, develop written material, providing post-program reporting, and many additional day-to-day tasks

  • Coordinating multiple projects / assignments simultaneously

  • Demonstrate superior communication and customer service / interpersonal skills

  • Reviewing and producing documentation for inter-departmental and external client reference

  • Employing professional concepts and appropriate problem-solving methods and technique

  • Support the Client Success team in maintaining and meeting deadlines


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical fields is a plus OR equivalent work experience in a closely related field or market vertical

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong business knowledge coupled with a solutions mindset

  • Strong organizational skills and proven experience coordinating multiple projects / assignments simultaneously

  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities

  • Detail oriented and problem-solving ability


  • Project-based work experience

  • Mutual QA and/or analysis experience

  • Basic technical knowledge regarding software development to interact closely with software development and project management team
